The Department of Medical Genetics and Genomics at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Clinical Geneticist to join our team of 10 staff physicians, 36 genetic counselors, and 5 genetic counseling assistants.
Cleveland Clinic is recognized as a Rare Disease Center of Excellence by the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) and all patients seeking genetics services are seen within our department. We are committed to offering patients the most comprehensive clinical genetics services and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to evaluate and treat patients from across the nation and around the globe with interesting pathology and undiagnosed disorders.
In addition to providing clinical care, our geneticists and genetic counselors are actively engaged in clinical research, education & awareness, public policy and patient advocacy.
Position Details include:
Outpatient clinics (pediatric and adult)
Inpatient service with night/weekend call shared with 6 other geneticists

We seek an individual who is interested in educating rotating medical students, genetic counseling students, and residents. Our position is flexible and could fit a 1.0 FTE clinician or a clinician-scholar.Training and/or experience in Medical Biochemical Genetics is preferred but not required.
