JOB CLASSIFICATION: Part-time 10-15 hours to 20-25 hours per week
REPORTS TO: Director of Finance
JOB PURPOSE: To provide administrative support for the Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to adaptive equipment projects to include maintaining the Company's spreadsheets, vendor contracts, billing documents and survey data.
Assist with all the department's records to include filing, scanning, electronic document naming and dropping.
Assist with the Company satisfaction process to include production of mailing, survey data entry and compiling data.
Download and distribute faxes.
Provide administrative support to Executive Director.
Maintain the lobby and copy/mail room areas.
Work and communicate in a professional manner.
All other jobs responsibilities as specified by supervisor.
Familiarize self with and follow ApolloMed Policies and Procedures.
Follow all personnel policies and procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma preferred. General clerical knowledge preferred. Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office required.
