Primary Responsibilities:

• Introduction of Dlubal products and services to new prospects throughout the North American market
• Developing creative marketing strategies and effective business plans for successful prospect outreach
• Deliver software demonstrations and training courses for qualified prospects and new users
• Negotiate sales and service agreements
• Devote considerable time to prospects through phone, virtual, or in-person opportunities
• Participate in relevant in-person exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences
• Persistent, pleasant, and effective follow-ups to qualified prospects
• Develop and expand marketing content showcasing software features and workflows for new sales leads
• Collaborate with internal marketing and technical support teams to address ongoing customer needs

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• PE or SE license required
• Minimum 3-5 years experience necessary in the structural software or design industry
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design
• Knowledge of standard design software
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Positive, ambitious, and determined attitude
• Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information both virtually and in-person
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
