About the Role
As an Enterprise Systems Operator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and supporting users of our Enterprise Resource System (NISC), including Financials, Customer Information Systems, Salesforce, Payment Gateways, IVR, and more. Your work will ensure seamless operations and drive efficiency across our organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage updates and troubleshoot enterprise system user needs.
Perform as a liaison between our end-users and the ERP vendor (NISC) for developing improved solutions and efficiencies.
Support customer-facing tools like the Mobile Applications (NISC AppSuite & SmartHub), cloud-based interfaces (iVue Connect), and system integrations such as GIS mapping, Outage Management System, AMI, and IVR messaging.
Maintain system integrations, user accounts, and security roles within the ERP system.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance system functionality and resolve issues.
Work with various departments to customize system reports (NISC Mosaic, Crystal Reports) and provide data analysis (SQL and PowerShell).
Be available for after-hours support and occasional travel.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent certifications).
Experience: 6+ years with enterprise-level software solutions (NISC products like CHR, SEDC, or CSA are a plus!).
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of utility workflows and IT best practices is preferred. SQL and scripting experience is a plus.
