About the Role: Plastic Extrusion Process Engineer

In this critical role, you’ll develop, optimize, and maintain extrusion processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver industry-leading products to our customers.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Some flexibility may be required)

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Industrial Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality
• 2–3+ years of experience in plastic extrusion, process optimization, or a closely related field (experience with sheet or rollstock is a plus)
• Working knowledge of extrusion fundamentals, such as temperature control, material flow, and process troubleshooting
• Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, and quality)
• A self-starter who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and process improvement
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools is a plus — or a desire to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities and opportunities for innovation
