New-Indy Containerboard, located in Hartford City, Indiana is looking for a Paper Machine Superintendent.  We are an independent manufacturer of corrugated containerboard paper.  In this position, you will have the overall responsibility to provide operational and administrative support to the paper machine and secondary fiber. Essential Functions of the Job: Foster a culture of safety by developing and implementing processes and procedures that support compliance and train employees on safe work practices.
