We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our team specializing in carbon fiber manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision parts from carbon fiber materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, particularly with experience working with carbon fiber composites. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret technical drawings and specifications to create efficient CNC programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing programs to ensure quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of experience as a CNC programmer
MasterCam Experience Required
Proficiency in programming CNC machines, especially with carbon fiber materials
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing CNC programs
