As the Engineering Manager in Public Utilities, you'll perform a variety of duties, including professional engineering, administrative, and managerial functions while overseeing the development of infrastructure projects, capital project management, preventive maintenance planning, long-term financial modeling, development review, and general support to department divisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with coursework in civil engineering or related field and extensive (6 or more years) experience in a supervisory or leadership role over public utilities design and operations and the life-cycle management of utility assets. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be used to meet this requirement.
Professional Engineer (PE) License in the Commonwealth of Virginia required at time of hire or the ability to attain within department-specified timeframe.
Driver's license required.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not require for consideration.
