The Water Utilities Director oversees a comprehensive program that ensures water and wastewater service to the City as well as supervises the development and implementation of the capital improvement program and operating budgets. The City of Oceanside is seeking a charismatic, forward-thinking professional to serve as the new Water Utilities Director.
