The County of Marin seeks experienced and progressive leaders to apply for the positions of Principal Civil Engineer and Principal Transportation Planner. The Principal Civil Engineer position oversees a major division within the Public Works Department with management responsibilities over the Public Works Traffic and Transportation Division, including traffic engineering, active transportation planning, grant applications, and project programming. The Division is comprised of 8 accomplished planners, engineers, and support staff that evaluate the County’s transportation existing infrastructure, plan for future growth and user needs, and recommend enhancements for future implementation.
