Cloud Water Filters is growing—and we’re looking for a customer-centered, technically savvy Customer Support & Operations Associate to join our team. At Cloud, we make smart, sensor-driven under-sink filtration systems that give people confidence in their water. Our mission is simple: help people access the cleanest, safest water possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer support emails with care, clarity, and practical solutions
Proactively reaching out when customer systems report issues
Troubleshooting basic technical problems and walking customers through fixes
Preparing and shipping replacement parts
Organizing and inspecting returns
Talking to customers by phone when needed
Managing small projects and operational tasks as they come up
Using basic tools like email, spreadsheets, and internal systems daily

A problem-solver who enjoys digging into the details
Tech-comfortable — you can learn new systems quickly
Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple small tasks
Reliable and local — you’re available to work in person at our University Heights location

Requirements
Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web tools)
Clear written and verbal communication, with excellent typing skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally (for shipping and inventory work)
A positive attitude and hands-on work ethic
Bonus Points For
Experience in customer support, tech troubleshooting, or operations
Familiarity with web platforms (i.e. CRM, OMS and shipping platforms is helpful but not required)
Interest in sustainability, clean water, or health/wellness products
