With oversight of more than 5,000 bridges and structures, this position ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, optimizes program efficiency, and develops policies that support long-term structural health and reliability.
As a leader in this field, you will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, apply advanced engineering principles, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance safety, mobility, and economic stability. This position provides the opportunity to shape industry standards, manage complex engineering challenges, and contribute to a transportation system that keeps communities connected and commerce moving forward.
As the Bridge Management Engineer, this role oversees the Bridge Inspection and Operations programs for more than 5,000 bridges and other transportation structures across the state.
