Santa Barbara seeks an experienced public works professional with a broad background in infrastructure maintenance, utilities, and engineering services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with notable experience improving operations and developing consistent procedures based on industry best practices. Competitive candidates will bring eight (8) years of increasingly responsible public works management experience, including five (5) years of supervisory and administrative experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.
