About This Job
As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and installation of fire safety systems at new build construction sites. You will plan, execute, and deliver fire alarm system projects from start to finish. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure code compliance, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Because we are looking for top-tier candidates, this position includes the following compensation package:
- $90,000 - $150,000 annual salary, based on experience and certifications

What You Will Do
- Manage fire safety system installation at construction sites
- Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, contractors, and clients
- Define scope, schedule, and resources for designated projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure system designs and installations meet applicable codes
- Create and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work progress, compliance, and quality
- Ensure all required permits, inspections, and testing are scheduled and completed successfully
- Lead project meetings and status updates with stakeholders
- Promote and enforce safety standards at job sites

Requirements and Qualifications
- At least three (3) years in a leadership role in the installation of fire alarm or fire suppression systems in mission-critical facilities
- Preferred: experience as a project manager; project superintendents / leads will be considered depending on size of projects completed
- NICET FAS Level 2 or higher certification (Level 3 strongly preferred)
- Willing to travel as required

This job takes place primarily at new build construction sites. The noise level is typically moderate to loud. As with any construction site, you may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, precipitation, and other conditions.
