We are seeking an analytical, results-driven professional to lead energy and water conservation initiatives for commercial clients. In this role, you will conduct detailed energy and water audits and assessments for small, mid-sized, and large commercial customers, identify efficiency opportunities, and offer strategic guidance on conservation methods. You will also manage OUC’s commercial rebate programs and incentives, ensuring these initiatives deliver sustainable outcomes that align with our organizational objectives. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and act as a liaison for commercial conservation efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in commercial and industrial energy/water auditing, including knowledge of building systems (HVAC, lighting, automation, and mechanical systems). A Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential, along with a proven ability to support cost-effective, impactful conservation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university;
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in energy engineering or energy management, to include:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing onsite energy audits with water audit experience preferred.
Experience working with energy and/or water rebate and data analysis.
Must have a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification, or at the time of hire, must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain the CEM within one year of hire, and maintain the credential after certification;
LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, ASHRAE, AEE, BPI Building Operator Certification, or similar (preferred);
Valid FL Driver’s License.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 to $124,000.00 yearly commensurate with experience.
