- Salary range 005: $81,400 - $101,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

What’s involved in this role:
- Developing and implementing transformation processes to enhance operational yield performance.
- Collaborating with plant management and corporate functions to define project scope, process design, capital and expense estimates.
- Selecting contractors/vendors, specifying equipment.
- Coordinating execution plans with a focus on measurable results.
- Assess plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material usage.
- Troubleshoot problems, design solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop process designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and new installations.
- Follow up on projects, considering impacts on staff, quality, and safety, and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Use data from equipment and ERP systems to track raw material losses and yield efficiency.
What you need to join our team:
- 1-5 years in project engineering roles.
- Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes.
- Chemical or Mechanical Engineer Degree.
