Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Merrillville, IN, with some flexibility. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and manage project delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, leading teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The General Manager will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership, resource allocation, and strategic planning
• Project Management and Risk Management skills
• Client Relationship Management, including maintaining and developing client partnerships
• Budgeting and Financial Management skills
• Knowledge of engineering principles in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Civil Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in hybrid work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field required; Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
• Experience in the consulting engineering industry is highly preferred.
