Prior experience with proposals an understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry; and knowledge of the Pacific Northwest market are preferred. EnviroIssues offers a hybrid work environment; the ideal candidate will be available to work in our Seattle office at least once per week.
In this role, you will:

Desired Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing and proposal development, AEC industry experience and familiarity with public sector procurement strongly preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings, receiving and integrating feedback to achieve shared goals
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency
