About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. This newly created role is a key part of our high-impact Growth Team, which is focused on identifying strategic product-market opportunities and turning them into successful commercial outcomes. You’ll take the lead in commercializing new product solutions for the U.S. market—shaping how our innovations are positioned, launched, and adopted.
You won’t just build go-to-market strategies—you’ll drive them, aligning customer needs with technical capabilities, quantifying value, and creating compelling positioning that sets our solutions apart. This role requires someone who’s as comfortable with data and technical concepts as they are with customers, messaging, and market dynamics.
What You’ll Do
Lead value-in-use analysis and recommend pricing aligned with profitability goals
Map value chains to articulate the value proposition to various stakeholders
Conduct Voice of Customer interviews to identify pain points and solution fit
Stay informed on regulatory trends impacting the industry
Establish and manage beta customer relationships and launch readiness plans
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product messaging
Increase visibility through content creation, events, and strategic outreach
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Technology, Public Affairs, and Marketing teams
Who You Are
A results-driven marketer with strong technical fluency and commercial instincts
Skilled in translating market insights into clear product strategies
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end and working cross-functionally to deliver outcomes
Experienced in complex industries such as plastics, polymers, or advanced materials
Excited by the opportunity to lead in a mission-driven organization focused on sustainable innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field
7+ years in technical marketing, product management, or business development
Demonstrated experience commercializing at least one manufactured polymer or plastic product in the U.S.
