The Structures Group, Inc., a structural engineering firm in Williamsburg, Virginia, and providing services within twenty-one (21) states, is seeking an Engineer in Training.  

Working under the direction of a Professional Engineer, the duties for this position include:

• Preparation of structural construction drawings utilizing AutoCad and Revit for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
• Preparation of accurate and thorough design calculations for foundations and framing members in new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
• Assisting in the performance of forensic analysis of existing structures.
• Preparation of structural review and forensic review reports.
• Performance of construction administration for new construction (including shop drawing review and site visits).
• Performance of Special Inspections for new construction.

Position requires Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, as well as an Engineer in Training Registration.
