Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline AND six (6) years of experience in civil engineering to include work experience in the public sector and project management, and review and design of various projects. A combination of education, experience, and training may be applied in accordance with City of Las Cruces policy. Licenses/Certification(s)
