We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Transportation team. This position manages the design, execution and evaluation of complex transportation plans to deliver a safe, reliable, and efficient transportation network. This position works closely with the planning functions in Engineering, Maintenance, Aviation, and Transport Services to implement comprehensive, division-level planning that promotes consistency of planning activities across the division and improves integration of planning with budgeting and asset management objectives for the network.

Bachelor’s degree in one of the transportation disciplines such as civil engineering, economics, planning or logistics or related field;
Experience carrying out and managing economic and/or policy research and analysis of transportation issues and projects;
Experience managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
Leadership and supervisory experience would be considered an asset
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
